Mary Lou Dahms is the Director
of Marketing and Public Relations for Hospice of the Red River
Valley. A native of Fargo, she is a graduate of Shanley High
School and the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Mary Lou has been with Hospice for over 19 years and has as her primary responsibilities the development and marketing of products and services of the organization including advertising, communications and public relations strategies, materials and special-event fund raising.
She also provides leadership and training for customer service relationship management and serves as a spokesperson for the organization as well as a primary contact for community and public relations events.
As an additional responsibility, she oversees the operation of Heirlooms, the upscale resale and retail store that supports Hospice of the Red River Valley.
She has been a conference presenter on both the state and national level and is a past president of the Hospice Minnesota Board of Directors.
Mary Lou, and her husband Greg, have four children and six grandchildren and they live in Fargo, North Dakota.
