Director of Public Affairs Easter Seals of Ohio Pat Luchkowsky is Director of Public Affairs for the seven Easter Seals affiliates that serve Ohio. She has been in this position for six years. In this position, she provides public policy oversight and advocacy on issues that affect people with disabilities, provides program and grant planning and consultation, and manages special projects. Pat is a member of the advisory council for Ohio’s Money Follows the Person demonstration project, a member of the Ohio Olmstead Task Force, a statewide special need health plan committee member, and Ohio’s Center on Autism and Low Incidence transition planning work group. She is an expert in service delivery of home and community-based services. Prior to this position, Pat had fifteen years of experience managing a non-profit organization – Easter Seals Northwestern Ohio. This is a multi-million dollar organization with multiple service locations serving people with disabilities in a wide geographic area. As the Chief Executive Officer, she was responsible for the overall management of the organization, planning and development of programs and services, financial and human resource management, and overseeing marketing and communication activities. |
