Susan McGann, RN, BSN, MBA Six Sigma Master Black Belt President and CEO Pivotal Healthcare Solutions, LLC

Leadership is a critical component of any organization and Pivotal HealthcareSolutions, LLC holds that same belief.  Susan McGann, RN, BSN, MBA has worked in all levels in healthcare and knows what it is like to go from staff to President and CEO of an organization.

A graduate of the University of Delaware with a bachelors Degree in Nursing,McGann began her career in the inner-city hospitals of Philadelphia, PA. She obtained her master of business arts from Drexel University where she has served as Adjunct Faculty at the Goodwin College. McGann was among the nation’s first healthcare Six Sigma Master Black Belts. She has led comprehensive efforts to drive the methodologies of Six Sigma, DFSS (Design for Six Sigma), LEAN, CAP (Change Acceleration Process) and WorkOut. McGann has been responsible for deployments, curriculum development, education, project results, mentoring and fiscal accountability. McGann’s experience also spans Strategic Partnerships, new campus development and hospital design, systems and structures of accountability and recognition, patient satisfaction and leadership development. She is an accomplished speaker and educator who’s passion is evident in everything she does.

McGann started Pivotal Healthcare Solutions, LLC with a devotion to people and to changing the way healthcare is delivered recognizing and understanding that every organization has unique people and a unique culture that requires solutions which are specific to that individuality.
