Lisa is
currently heading up Easter Seals "Enhancing Community Based Options
for End of Life Care", a project bridging Adult Day Services and
Hospice Palliative Care. She has been working in the aging field for 18
years in the areas of senior transportation, long term care, end of
life care, and community based programs. Lisa's work has addressed a
variety of emerging clinical and policy related issues among the aging
population on both national and local levels, including dementia and
chronic illnesses, social isolation in community-dwelling elderly and
community mobility. She received her Masters in Public Health from
Northwestern University and joined Easter Seals Headquarters in
2001.
