David Josephs is Senior Vice President and Head of Consumer Directed Healthcare at JPMorgan Chase and has worked on JPMorgan Chase’s CDH and HSA programs from their inception. In addition, as a founding member of JPMorgan Chase’s Healthcare Solutions group, David has developed and launched innovative banking solutions for JPMorgan Chase’s healthcare clients. David’s experience prior to joining the bank includes working directly for health insurers as well as nearly 10 years as management consultant to health plans and healthcare providers on strategy, operations and revenue cycle challenges. David served five years in Washington D.C. as a Legislative Assistant to a Member of Congress and U.S. Senator, handling healthcare issues. David has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History from Wesleyan University and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
