Ms. Caffo received her undergraduate degree in social work at the University of Dayton and her MSW at Wayne State University.
She holds two Pennsylvania licenses in clinical social work and marriage and family therapy. She received a post-masters certificate in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Pittsburgh where she taught for a number of years in that program. Ms Caffo has over 25 years experience in working with family and organization systems.
She began her career in the employee assistance field in 1986 and has provided direct counseling and consultation services as well as directing clinical staff, sales, marketing and day-to day-operations. Ms Caffo has over 16 years experience in providing organization consultation and leadership development services.
Areas of specialty include executive coaching, leadership team facilitation and change management. She joined the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC) LifeSolutions in 2003.
