Mr. Stephen Cherniak joined Strategic Benefit Solutions as Wellness
Director after a distinguished career in directing wellness and
physical rehabilitation programs at Ford Motor Company, a position he
held for twenty-one years. Mr. Cherniak had responsibilities for all of
Ford’s 100,000+ employees and their health promotion programs
nationwide.
Mr. Cherniak received his B.S, from the University of Delaware, his M.S. in Sports Medicine from the United States Sports Academy, Mobile, AL and a MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn. He is also co-host of the popular radio show, Good Health Is Good Business. Mr. Cherniak’s responsibilities at Strategic Benefit Solutions are providing clients with advice on wellness program development, vendor RFP development, wellness vendor negotiation, establishing client internal wellness committees, the development of wellness committee agendas, incentive programs, wellness program outcomes measurement, and the integration of wellness health improvements into the proprietary Employer Health Status Scorecard.
