As President of GRIPA, Gregg is responsible for strategic and operational objectives of a multimillion dollar organization which has been named to the Rochester Top 100 for three consecutive years. GRIPA is a partnership of physicians and ViaHealth hospitals in Monroe and Wayne Counties and the Greater Rochester region, including private physicians and employed physicians on staff at Rochester General Hospital and Newark Wayne Community Hospital as well as Rochester General Physicians Organization and the Wayne County Physicians Organization.  Gregg previously served as Vice President, Finance and has been with GRIPA for 10 years.

GRIPA received a favorable advisory opinion from the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) for its clinical integration program. This is only the second time that the FTC has given a favorable advisory opinion to a clinical integration program and the first time in five years. 

Gregg has more than 30 years of progressive accounting, financial and operational management experience, including public accounting, entrepreneurial venture, consulting and senior finance positions. He is recognized for his vision in establishing appropriate goals to fit the current financial environment and for implementing effective change that yields positive results for the organization.

As an administrator or consultant, he has served a number of successful health care organizations including Alliance Health Network, BlueCross BlueShield, Patient’s Choice, Inc., Preferred Care, Upstate Health System, and Strong Memorial Hospital. He is past president and director of the Rochester Chapter of the Healthcare Finance Management Association.
