A passionate advocate for patient-centered health care, healing environments and service excellence, Wendy has many years of experience helping leaders launch and sustain far-reaching strategies that enhance the patient and family experience and also employee satisfaction.

Wendy dedicated 20 years to serving in organization and staff development positions and then as VP, Human Resources for the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. For the last five years, she has provided, keynote speeches, consulting and training services to healthcare organizations worldwide.

Wendy received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Anthropology from Oberlin College in 1966, as well as her Master’s in Education (1967) and doctorate in Human Development from the Harvard Graduate School of Education (1971).

Most recently, AHA Press has published two books by Wendy, including Wendy Leebov’s Essentials for the Great Patient Experience and Wendy Leebov’s Essentials for Great Personal Leadership. Wendy has written more than 10 other books for healthcare, including several healthcare best-sellers.

Informed by her own fight with breast cancer and her sister’s recent death-defying illness, Wendy scouts best practices and dedicates herself to improving the patient and employee experience in our challenging healthcare environment.
