as successful healthcare financial consultants and healthcare information technology developers to provide services that get results swiftly and cost efficiently.  

As one of the nation’s leading experts on hospital pricing, Fred spoke at the Healthcare Financial Management Association’s annual institute in San Diego with his session being ranked among the top ten in attendance.  Additionally, in September 2008,  HFM magazine published a feature article written by Fred on Hospital Zero-Base Pricing.  

Prior to founding Panacea Healthcare Solutions, Frederick Stodolak formed Innovative Health Solutions (“IHS”) in 2002.   He successfully launched the company’s first web-based chargemaster compliance service and was active in most all aspects of the conceptual framework for its healthcare related Internet transparent pricing and profitability management services.   In just over three years, as a result of the company’s favorable growth & profitability and leading position nationally in the areas of coding, compliance, hospital pricing and decision support, the company was acquired by Accuro Healthcare Solutions, a Welsh Carson Stowe Company.   Fred today remains a shareholder, consultant to and business partner with the company.

Fred has thirty years of financial, accounting, software development and marketing experience in the healthcare industry. He was also founder and CEO of Healthcare Design Systems, a national health care software company, which was acquired in 1995 by QuadraMed Corporation (QMDC) to establish a strong foundation for its initial public offering (IPO). Fred became a key officer and member of the corporate management team. 

Fred was among the first nationwide to utilize public data to perform integrated clinical, financial and strategic planning analyses, to develop hospital transparent pricing systems, and to introduce integrated systems resulting in paperless business office and health information management departments.  Today,  Accuro also continues to promote the more recent Transparent Pricing & Decision Support systems conceived by him. 

Fred currently sits on the Board of Director’s for Ocean’s Harbor House, a non-profit organization that assists thousands of runaway, troubled and abused teens every year.
