Mr. Benson is a senior litigator who strives to help employers avoid, resolve and litigate employment disputes involving: trade secret, restrictive covenant and proprietary information disputes, sexual harassment, retaliatory discharge, disability, age, religion, race, national origin and sex discrimination, equal pay claims, the Family and Medical Leave Act, WARN, defamation, invasion of privacy, negligent supervision, intentional infliction of emotional distress, fraud, breach of contract, handbook and policy contract claims, ERISA and LMRA Section 301 class actions over reductions to retiree health benefits, and wage and hour law.
