Prior to joining Cybergistics, she served as Senior Vice president at the New Jersey Hospital Association, Princeton, NJ. Her responsibilities at NJHA included the creation and management of a for-profit information services division, leading NJHA’s Electronic Medical Record Initiatives and directing the activities of a staff of 35 including hospital consultants, Corporate CIO, Website design staff, programmers, trainers and corporate library researchers. She has performed numerous consulting projects at various hospitals throughout the state including interim management coding education, reimbursement and billing strategies, and quality of care initiatives. Prior to NJHA, Ms. Donna was an administrator at Hamad General Hospital in Doha Qatar, Associate Executive Director for the American Health Management Association in Chicago, Illinois and the Director of Medical Records and Case Management for Hackensack University Medical Center, Hackensack, NJ. Donna also taught for a semester at Kean University’s Health Information Management Program. She is a certified Registered Health Information Administrator. She is a graduate of D’Youville College, Buffalo, NY, earning his Bachelors Degree (BS) in Healthcare Administration. She also earned a Masters Degree in Public Administration (MPA) specializing in Healthcare Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Rutherford, NJ. |
