Brian’s professional area of practice is health care information technology, primarily in decision support systems, information system selection, and underwriting system implementation. His clients include HMOs, insurance companies, employers, and other government entities. He assists clients with various projects, including MedInsight implementations, MedInsight client management, evidence based medicine development, data aggregation projects, custom report development, claims system selection, renewal MUG implementation, and custom data warehouse development. In addition to technology competency, Brian brings an extensive knowledge of managed care structures and business functions, such as pricing structures and provider network selection to client work. He also serves as an internal resource on HIPAA regulations and network administration. Brian manages the Milwaukee Health Information Technology practice.
