Paul M. Leonardo Healthcare Management Consultant Milliman, Inc.

Paul has more than 15 years of experience in healthcare account management, including provider network management, provider contracting, and financial and risk management.

Prior to joining Milliman, Paul spent four years as executive director of account management for a large decision support/business intelligence vendor. In this capacity, he was responsible for all payer decision-support products. He had direct client responsibility for more than 30 accounts, including seven in excess of $12 million. 

Paul also has been national director of Olsten Health Services, the largest home healthcare company in the United States, where he built Olsten’s entire home healthcare network to support the national Cigna contract.

In addition, Paul has been a manager in Ernst and Young’s Health Care Consulting practice, and he spent more than eight years in varying capacities within Aetna Health Plans.
