President Care Companion Louis Pavia has 30+ years of business and consulting experience. His expertise in management consulting includes strategic business planning, financial analysis, and market and financial feasibility studies. Mr. Pavia has designed creative strategies for managed care organizations including new product design, new business development, new market entry, demonstration project participation, and mergers and acquisitions. Clients include Independence Blue Cross, Touchpoint, Southeastern Indiana Healthcare Organization, Health Net, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Delaware. Mr. Pavia’s clinical services planning experience includes developing performance improvement strategies; conducting feasibility studies of the viability of developing specific programs and specialty facilities; determining collaborative opportunities for clinical services; and facilitating clinical services integration. His clients in this arena include ProHealth Care and ThedaCare in Wisconsin; Trinity-Mother Frances Health System and Scott & White in Texas; and VA VISN9 in Tennessee. In addition, he has directed and participated in numerous strategic planning, linkage and network design and governance and leadership development engagements. Specific clients with whom Mr. Pavia has worked include Memorial Health System in Texas; Meridian Health in NJ, Columbus Regional Hospital and St. Vincent Hospitals in Indiana; Cleveland Clinic Health System in Ohio; Sutter Health in California and Sentara Health in Virginia.
