Vickie McElarney has over 25 years of varied healthcare experience. The last nine years have been spent at Besler Consulting where she  is the senior manager responsible for the Chargemaster product line and assists hospitals with the implementation of APCs, CPT coding guidelines and regulations, charge description master (CDM) reviews, chart to bill audits and collateral information systems analysis. Recently, Vickie earned her CPC-H, which is a certification in CPT coding designed specifically for hospitals. 

Vickie also has over 10 years of healthcare management experience. She has served at both the Director and Assistant Vice President levels with responsibility for the management of the Nursing department as well as other clinical departments such as Radiology, Laboratory, Respiratory Care, Rehabilitation Services and Cardiology. This combination of work experience provides Vickie with the ability to see issues from the clinical, management and consulting perspectives.
