This new national
directory provides carefully
researched listings of all Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans.
The directory identifies Medicare Advantage health maintenance
organizations (HMOs) and preferred provider organizations (PPOs) as
well as Medicaid managed care plans.
Also as a service to users, the directory also includes Medicare
Supplemental plans and Medicare Part D Prescription Drug Plans, along
with Pace plans and other Medicare Demonstration health plans.
Organized by state and in alphabetical order for ease of use, the
directory makes it easy to find all the plans within a state in
moments.
Each directory profile identifies the corporate or parent company of
the plan, address, city, state, Zipcode and key executive contact names.

Managed Care Information You Won't
Find Anywhere
Else So Easily
No other source can give
you as much information on
Medicare Advantage or Medicaid managed care plans so well organized in
as such an easy to use format. This new directory is being produced by
the Managed Care Information Center. We have been researching,
gathering, editing and publishing data specifically related to managed
care organizations longer than anyone else.
You'll like the practical, low-cost price to get this leading directory
to give you the information your organization needs.
Thousands of hours of extensive telephone research interviews with
managed care plan executives were conducted to assure that you also
have access to the extensive data we collected — information
you can use to: compile reports; create presentations; track Medicare
and Medicaid managed care plan trends; determine market growth
opportunities; forecast market developments; gather statistics for
decision-making; and analyze the competition.
All the data in this new directory has been collected directly from the
organizations themselves, by regular surveys in the mail, by fax and
e-mail, state government agencies with whom plans must file reports,
CMS Medicare data, the MCOs' public Web site postings, other public
sources of information, documents we obtain (annual and quarterly
reports) news releases received here, proprietary data files developed,
gathered and maintained by the Managed Care Information Center, and by
extensive telephone interview research by our own staff.
We’ve been working for
almost a year on researching and
compiling the data for this new reference volume that will soon go to
the printer.
